Well truthfully, there are many reasons.

Hi Ken & Melisa,
Fantastic article! I loved that quote … “An army of lions led by a lamb will always be defeated by an army of lambs led by a lion”.
You know, I wasn’t brought up in an environment where personal development was important. Even when I got married I couldn’t understand why Randy always read those kind of books instead of the novels I read.
It all changed when I started getting into network marketing. Now I can’t read enough of that ’stuff.’ I realized how important it is to work on “YOURSELF” instead of anything else. And it totally changed me.

I know that Personal Development has helped me to grow in many ways. I have become a better leader because of it, able to handle certain situations in better ways and I feel stronger inside and out because I know I am moving forward.
Personal Development is a must for EVERYONE. It only takes 10-15 minutes day.

I agree it literally only takes 15 minutes and it’s a shame that most people do not do it. I personally spend an enormous amount of time on personal development. I just eat the stuff up!
